12. The Rule of Spiritual World

Younger Spirit-Souls with less experience tend to have bigger obsession and desire to the material world. They also have higher wall of ego and create a lot of Karma.

Most of ghosts just want to have indirect experience of material world as well as solving grudge or Karma.

Some of them occasionally make troubles. They might perform an act in excess of their authority. Sometimes, there is a ghost which is too young to find the way back to the 4th dimension. As they have very little experience, they might be troublesome. A certain range of freewill is guaranteed even for them. In this case, they may be just under observation unless the program of a human is severely damaged by them.

The problem is when experienced Spirit-Souls, having strong light, make a trouble. Why? They could give a huge impact on a human life. To patch things up in this case, the Government of Heaven immediately intervenes to solve before the problem spreads.

The ghosts frequently seen by shamans are like: their arms taken off, beheaded or their body hurt and severely damaged. But they are not bad or evil. Such an odd and grotesque ghosts are just stereotype created by ‘fears’ of people. Horrible appearance of ghosts reflects cultural backgrounds and ‘learned pattern’ which is embedded in sub-consciousness.

The reason why there are so many ‘baby ghosts’ is that the ‘abortion’ is prevailing in our society and feeling guilty is alive in the sub-consciousness of people. The baby ghosts are the reflection of this background. The baby ghosts do not have responsibility for their occurrence. Rather, the feelings of guilty are the cause of bringing up the baby ghosts.

People who can not clear mind or forget the event which already has passed, people who continue to feel sorry or guilty, people who have deep resentment or attachment. The problem is not so much the ghost making troubles as those type of peoples.

As the 3rd dimension of material has a cyclicality, the world of ghost also has its own cyclicality. Most of ghosts return to their world when their duty, role, learning or experience is fulfilled. Even before  one cyclicality ends. Sometimes they could miss time for a comeback or delay time of return. When the material world of a planet is terminated, then the 4th dimension of spiritual world is also closed. Therefore, the mandatory timeline that all the ghosts should go back exists.

On the earth, white and silver colored Spirit-Souls take up 70% of population in the process of spiritual evolution. The ghosts which operate in their body are at similar level or a little bit lower level of spiritual consciousness. The reason why most of ghosts are lack of experience of material world and low leveled ghosts are more needed is that there are so many ascending spirits, requiring those low leveled ghosts for lessons.

Because so many young Spirit-Souls with low leveled consciousness are embodied on this earth, low leveled ghosts are working in this world.

There are few trouble making ghosts. Most of ghosts are sincerely doing their bests under the clearer and more transparent order than the 3rd dimension of material world.
