The Creator’s Action of Creation and the Heaven-given Human Right
If there is a request for new spirit-souls from the spiritual hierarchy of
a certain planet in a specific galaxy in the Grand Universe, spirits whose
spectra of light are optimized for the planet of the galaxy are created in the
16th dimension and supplied to the planet.
When a spirit is born, the spirit is given the thought adjuster from the
Creator. The spirit's uniqueness is determined by the nature of the thought
adjuster. The journey of the spirit for its evolution is determined in
accordance with the content of the thought adjuster.
When a spirit is born and needs the experience of the material world, it is
sent to the 11th dimension where it is given the Soul energy to make
a partnership of spirit-soul. In other words, when a spirit arrives at the 11th
dimension, it is given the Soul energy that matches the nature of the spirit’s
thought adjuster for the journey of material world of the spirit-soul. In this
way, the united partnership of spirit-soul is born when the spirit meets and pairs
up with the Soul energy.
The birth of the spirit-soul is a necessary process for the material
experience of the spirit. In addition, in order to allow the spirit-soul to
have diverse material experiences as dramatic as possible and to experience
various kinds of energies, the soul-consciousness program that influences human
personality, emotions, and consciousness is installed on the Soul-energy
membrane.
A spirit-soul can enter a mineral, a plant, an animal, a human male or a
human female depending on the coat it wears, which is determined by the content
and characteristics of the thought adjuster that a spirit is given when it is
born. Most of the spirits that join the transmigration system of the Spiritual
Hierarchy of a planet will have the material experience of the spirits-soul
following the evolutionary cycle of the planet.
It is not easy for a spirit-soul to wear a coat of a human being (Homo-Sapiens),
just as the spirit should be fortunate, bright, and large enough to be so. If
your spirit-soul is living in a human body, it means that there had been
numerous administrative procedures conducted in the invisible world before you
were born.
Your present life was planned and designed in the invisible Heaven in order
to let your spirit-soul have the material experience and accomplish its growth
and evolution. The content and level of difficulty of your life were determined
in proportion to the size, brightness and density of your spirit-soul. For this
process, complex administrative procedures were carried out in the Council of
Karma and in the Council of Reincarnation, both of which exist in the 11th
dimension.
The Council of Karma and Council of Reincarnation in the 11th
dimension install the matrix of Light, Intermediate, or Darkness on the
Soul-energy membrane. The type of the matrix is determined in line with the
evolutionary process of your soul and the nature of your life program that was organized
for this life. In this way, the light transmittance and the reflective index of
the Soul-energy membrane are determined.
Light is not only the information of the Heaven, but also the Will of the
Heaven, as well as the Truth of the Heaven. Light is energy and life. Light is
a wind blowing in and out between lives. The source of light is the Creator,
and your spirit-soul was created by the Light of the Creator.
The material experience of the spirit-soul refers to the journey of the
spirit-soul in which the spirit-soul wears the human body and goes through
various worlds of energies unfolded in the material world of pain and Darkness.
The material experience of the spirit-soul is not only a process of
experiencing deep Darkness, but also a process of searching for Light in deep
Darkness, as well as a process of finding brighter Light in Light, in order to
experience the value of love and to learn the importance of Light.
Your spirit-soul is a cosmic traveler who has been on the journey of the
spirit-soul to experience diverse kinds of lights and energies that the Creator
has unfolded in the Grand Universe. Your spirit-soul has lost its way in order
to find the true way, and lost love in order to learn bigger love. In addition,
the Soul-energy membrane has been installed to protect your spirit so that your
spirit-soul can experience the essence of love dwelling in life as much as
possible by using your mind and body.
The energy matrix engraved on the Soul-energy membrane determines the light
transmittance and refractive index. When the matrix of Light is installed on
the Soul-energy membrane, the light transmittance of the membrane is very high.
Therefore, little distortion is involved in recognizing and processing the
information of the object, making it easy to understand the nature of the
object. In this way, you can resonate well with the truth when you see the
truth or when you hear the truth.
If the energy matrix of Darkness installed on the Soul-energy membrane
cannot transmit and accept Light the more, you will experience deep Darkness, fall

As the thought adjuster given to the spirit starts to work, the Spirit
energy is activated and then the spirit gets consciousness, which is called the
spirit-consciousness. When the Soul energy that has been given to the spirit
begins to work, the soul-consciousness (human desires and ego) is born.
After the spirit-soul is born, it inevitably accumulates karma energy in
the course of its evolution through the material experience of the spirit-soul.
Such karma is mainly caused by seriously infringing others’ free wills or by
killing people, which are due to the abuse of its free will, the fear and dread
of death, or the desire and obsession with power.
The evolutionary process of the spirit-soul means that the spirit-soul
experiences various energies by accumulating and then resolving karma while
gaining material experiences. The Council of Karma and Council of Reincarnation
in the 11th dimension are involved in the process through which the
spirit-soul receives the human body with the help of its Original Spirit prior
to the birth of the human being.
The human body starts to be made by the Creator’s Action of Creation in the
6th stratum of the Intangible Deep Layer. There are five sublayers
in the 6th stratum of the Intangible Deep Layer in the human body.

The Original Spirit is staying in the inter-dimensional space of the 5th
sublayer, which is the deepest sublayer in the 6th stratum of the
Intangible Deep Layer. The Original Spirit in the 5th sublayer
supplies its Spirit energy to all the intangible devices in the remaining 4
sublayers. The Spirit energy is the source energy of the vitality of all the
creatures.
Spirit is energy. Spirit has consciousness. What broadens the spectrum of
spirit-consciousness and determines the nature and characteristics of
spirit-consciousness is the thought adjuster conferred by the Creator’s Action
of Creation. The size of spirit- consciousness is determined in accordance with
the size and number of the thought adjusters. The diversity of consciousness that
humans can implement depends on the nature of the thought adjuster.
Soul is energy. Soul has consciousness. Soul has the energy matrix.
Soul-consciousness is determined by the soul-consciousness program installed on
the Soul-energy membrane and by the light transmittance and refractive index of
the energy matrix installed on the Soul-energy membrane.
The birth of human personality, emotions and consciousness is made by the
Creator’s Action of Creation occurring in the Intangible Deep Layer (the 6th
stratum). For the birth of life, the Creator’s Action of Creation should be made
first in the Intangible Deep Layer. All of the human beings born by the
Creator’s Action of Creation have been given human rights from the Creator.
Anyone who is born by the Creator’s Action of Creation has been given a fair
share “1/N” of the Heaven, which is called “the Heaven-Given Human Right”.
Every creature has a fair share “1/N” of the Heaven.
This is not only the cycle of life, but also the material experience of the
spirit-soul, as well as the evolution of the spirit-soul, which is the
principle behind the cycle of the Grand Universe and also the reality of the
evolution of the Grand Universe.
