13. The way to Enlightenment

Haein(海印): The original meaning of Haein is that waves of sea get tranquil and everything is reflected transparently as it is. This term is usually used to describe ‘Absolute samadhi’ in the Buddhism. But the true meaning of Haein is that the Third Eye (the Eye of Wisdom) is opened by enlightenment of chakra system, by which the pineal gland is awakened and hence we could see through the ultimate reality of everything beyond veils.

Mind is always like rolling waves.
It doesn’t stop for a moment,
and reveals various forms of emotions.
Constantly turbulent waves
reflect the human mind, which is harassed by torments and delusions.
Stare at the natural part of waving mind indifferently
and stop giving power to it.
When the wave of mind is stopped
and stay still calmly where it is,
we call this state ‘Haein’.

Haein could be
achieved through stop thinking.
Stop thinking starts
from the consciousness that I observe myself.
It starts from not judging others and all things with my own standard
and having a conversation with myself.

The one who can talk to oneself
can communicate with any things circumjacent
and one’s higher-self.
So only when you get there,
you can self-teach yourself.
Through stop thinking,
You will arrive at Heain.

To each other,
to ourselves,
just being ‘Oneself’,
is giving happiness and love.
It is the ONENESS consciousness.
