The Final Unravelment on the Sleep: Gan-Jang-Hyul (肝藏血)

*Editor’s note: Literally, Gan-Jang-Hyul (肝藏血) means the liver hides (or keeps) blood. More specific meanings are explained in this article.

Sleep is restorative. The reason why sleep is restorative is compressed in the expression “Gan-Jang-Hyul (肝藏血)” in the Oriental medicine. I leave this message to record what’s going on in the invisible world and in our bodies while we’re sleeping.

When a person is awake, the liver sends blood to the heart without a break. The amount of blood in our body is 1/13 of our body weight. The blood of an adult weighting 65 kilograms is about 5 liters. When a person does physical labor, most of the blood is driven into the muscles or the four limbs (hand and foot). When a person does mental labor, the blood is driven into the brain, and internal organs have relatively little blood distribution. The stronger the physical or mental labor is, the more role the liver should play.

The more the liver is active, the more heat is generated. Over 70 percent of the heat in the body is generated by the liver. The reason why people feel tired is that the heat from the liver is the main cause. Heat from the liver builds up in the muscle and causes muscle fatigue.

Excessive heat also affects other internal organs. The heat in the liver mostly affects the eyes and brain. When heat builds up in the body, internal organs start to lose their functions. When internal organs are constantly heated, the cells and tissues swell up as they begin to store water.

While sleeping, the liver tries to make a big change. When a person falls asleep soundly, the liver cells begin to empty and enlarge the space within the cell. When a person falls asleep deeply, the liver cells turn into hexagonal honeycombs, filling this area with blood.

After the liver cells fill up with blood, they release enzymes altogether. When the liver cells are filled with blood and enzymes, the liver cells begin to vibrate just like the washing machine does. Chemical action begins with the vibrations of the liver cells. With the vibrations of the liver cells, contaminated blood and toxic substances begin to be purified.

This process of storing and purifying blood in liver cells during sleep is called “Gan-Jang-Hyul (肝藏血)” in the Oriental medicine. At the level of consciousness of ancient humans, the act of liver’s embracing and detoxifying blood was recognized as hiding the blood. The amount of blood that liver cells can purify after hiding the blood at a time is one-quarter of total bloods. It takes about 1.5 hours to 2 hours to purify blood at one cycle. Hence, all the bloods in the human body needs at least 6 to 8 hours of sound sleep a day to be purified by the liver.

The detoxification of the liver is done mainly when you sleep. While you are awake, it’s at a rate of 20% compared to when you have a sound sleep at night. The mechanism of liver detoxification, as the Western medicine has shown, describes only 20% level of liver functions. The debris resulting from liver detoxification is excreted through urine.

While sleeping, Gwol-Eum (厥陰) meridians begin to be activated. The third meridian cycle* which Gwol-Eum(厥陰) meridians belong to are activated and the action of Poong-Hwa (風火 ; Wind-Fire) begins. While sleeping, the action of Po () is minimized and the function of internal organs is minimized as well.

*Editor’s note: There are 4 meridians in the third meridian cycle. Jog-Gwol-Eum (足厥陰) Liver meridian(LR), Su-Gwol-Eum (手厥陰) Pericardium meridian(PC), Su-So-Yang (手少陽) Triple energizer meridian(TE), Jog-So-Yang (足少陽) Gallbladder meridian(GB). The nature of Gwol-Eum(厥陰) is wind and the nature of So-Yang(少陽) is fire. So, the nature of the third meridian cycle including Gwol-Eum(厥陰) and So-Yang(少陽) is Poong-Hwa (風火 ; Wind-Fire).

During sleep, Gan-Jang-Hyul (肝藏血) proceeds in the liver cells, whereas through the meridian systems the action of wind () begins, which means that wind blows between the swollen cells and tissues and serves to disperse and cool the heat. That is to say, the wind touches cells and tissues while sleeping. The wind touches internal organs. The wind, along with the energy of fire (), vitalizes the failing and drooping tissues in internal organs. During sleep, the broken energy balance of the internal organs is corrected by the energy of wind and fire.

Sleeping is a time of blessing for life. It’s a time to take a shower of light. Cells and organs should be in places like dark caves with no light at all. The only times cells and organs can receive the light of the universe is when sleeping well. While sleeping, the energy of the Creator [Chun-Hwang (天皇; The Emperor of Heaven)], which comes in through Baeg-Hwe (百會; GV20), begins to operate in full swing as the Poong (; wind) by the help of the MHEA (Meta-Humanoid Energy Adjuster). The energy of Shin (; light) is supplied to cells and tissues through the wind.

In Oriental medicine, it’s called “Gwol-Eum-Poong-Mog (厥陰風木)*”. Through the meridian, the energy of Shin(; light) is spread evenly over the internal organs by the operation of the wind.

*Editor’s note : The nature of Gwol-Eum (厥陰) meridian is Poong-Mog (厥陰風木). Poong () means wind. Mog () means tree.

The energy of the wind symbolizes the energy of the Creator. All living creatures sleep. While sleeping, all living creatures are supplied with the Creator’s love as the wind energy and as the form of Shin (; light). While sleeping, all living creatures are being supplied with the Creator’s energy and resting in the Creator’s energy.

This is the essence of the Creator’s love. All living creatures cannot be separated from the Creator’s energy and are always together. The source of all natural healing abilities is the Creator’s energy (Wind = Shin (), Light) supplied during sleep.

During sleep, as the wind flows through life, cells turn into light. When the wind blows through life, the heat is dispersed and the swollen tissues return to normal. When wind energy flows through life, the diseased tissue wakes up and shines with light. The blessing of the wind is the blessing and gift of the heaven that only takes place while sleeping. The wind is blowing in all sleeping creatures, and when the wind blows, the creatures regain their vitality.

Plants change systems and sleep in order to greet the wind. Animals doze off for a while in order to greet the wind. If you are dozing off now, it means you need a wind that will rain down on your life for you. Sleep is a blessing. Sleep is a restorative. Sleep is a life. Sleep is a messenger that brings wind to life.

If there is no wind in life, life loses its vitality and will have to die away. Without the wind flowing through life, life cannot radiate the light of life. If the Creator’s energy does not flow between life and life, life becomes ill. In the Oriental medicine, the cause of all diseases was called Poong (; wind).

If the wind is not enough for life, or life cannot cope with the wind, then the life gets to end its life cycle. Life is in the wind, life is the wind, and the wind is life.

The human body was created with the 11th dimensional cosmic engineering technology. Purification of blood by the liver cells and supply of the wind through meridian systems during sleep is operated by the help of the sophisticated intangible devices in human body.

Humans only believe what is visible. As they suffer from the viral epidemic and the medical matrix collapses, there will be a counterattack of the life phenomena that we take for granted in modern medicine. Facing the disastrous reality that life takes away life, all the medical matrices will collapse. In the ruins where everything has collapsed, mankind will at last open their eyes to the new medical science.

As such shall it be. As such is it planned to be. As such was it done.
