The place where the LCD (Life Circuit Diagram) of Homo-sapiens is located in human body is the wall of Heart, albeit it is not visible to human eyes. When the science of mankind reaches the level of 7th dimension in universe, then mankind will be able to observe both the LCD and the meridian system.

The LCD is operated by the thought-adjuster which is bestowed to every spirit by the Creator. The LCD can't be changed or modified by anybody. Only the will of Creator can alter it.

People who recover from incurable diseases are not the results of modifying thought-adjuster's program. The cause of magical recovers may be contributed to as follows;

Ø  Inevitability, albeit it might appear that it happened by chance
Ø  The help of good medicine or foods
Ø  Some mysterious energies worked
Ø  The Heaven answered on one’s prayer or sincerity
Ø  The result of practicing asceticism

But these interpretations are just reflecting the various matrices which can be understood in the level of human consciousness; religion matrix, belief and trust matrix, pray matrix, and asceticism matrix, etc. 

What appears are just the unrolling of what have already been prepared and programmed by the Heaven, pretending to coincidence or miracle. But it is the way of Heaven.

To change or modify the LCD is not permitted easily. In fact, it is controlled strictly. The LCD can be modified only through thought-adjuster or by the Controller of Dimension. This is the reason why the Korean medicine has described human heart as the King of internal organs.

With development of science and technology, genetic modifications happen frequently. When a life is mutated genetically, it needs new LCD. In this case the Heaven implants new LCD or upgrades the old LCD.

A life program of spirit-soul is tuned in every five-year, while the program about health and disease in every seven-year. This periodic tuning of life program can be adjusted by the Heaven, reflecting the request of one's higher-self. This is the real universal meaning for the phrase: 

“Life and death are providential.”
