Thoughts - Negativity
As long as a human being is alive, it’s really hard for him to stop thinking.
Especially, when negative thoughts come up, people fail to prevent or stop negative emotions.
If
you can’t
control your negative energy, your thoughts will be your will and then your
will becomes your judgment.
Your
judgment turns into action.
As
your action holds negative energy, it is expressed as anger, violent words, or
violent behaviors.
Unless
you stop negative thoughts, your ego will get strengthened more and more.
The
strengthened Ego, which has been caused by the failure to stop thinking,
invigorates “Little
You inside you”.
The
negative energies trapped in your ego make you more stubborn and incommunicable
person.
Once
you are unable to communicate with others, then situations you are in begin to
get worse gradually.
The
negative energies, which you should have stopped, may end up with catastrophic
situations, hurting other people and yourself.
Your
negative energies, which you should have stopped, may cause you to seriously
infringe on the free wills of other people you have relationships with, leading
to your karma.
To
stop negative thoughts, you need to watch and observe
where
each of the negative thoughts comes from and how it is formed.
What
are the sources of negative thoughts and what are their roots?
Why
do you tend to think negatively and perversely?
Every
moment when you come up with negative thoughts about other people and things,
why
do you respond to them, rather than stop them?
And
in Facing some cases which make you feel bad,
why
don’t we get
over smoothly handle the situation today as before?
Why
have you become a petty person who doesn’t even have the space to put a needle in, as you expose revealing
the energy of anger, hatred, and hate?
When
faced with situations that make you feel bad or uncomfortable,
you
sometimes deal with such situations quite well,
but
today, you are failing to go through a similar situation smoothly,
spewing
the energies of anger, hatred, and abhorrence.
Why
are you becoming such a narrow-minded person?
You
may watch yourself make faces, not hiding the feeling of inconvenience when you
see someone making excuses or someone is pretentious, selfish, and detestable.
When
you encounter people who speak disgustingly or who talk or behave
pretentiously, or you meet a very selfish person who tends to complain
constantly, you may feel uncomfortable but you are unable to control such an
uncomfortable feeling, expressing it on your face without fail.
Why
do you blame or judge other people or situations for making you feel
uncomfortable, based on your sword of justice?
Why
do you want to change people or try to advise people at your own will even
though they have not asked you for help?
Why
are you so bothered about other people’s concerns even though they are not your close friends?
Why
are you trying to correct other’s shortcomings so hard
even
though they have not requested you to do so?
If
you feel uncomfortable about someone doing a particular behavior, it means that
you also have causative factors leading to the same behavior he has done.
Unpurified,
unhealed, alienated and neglected negative energies inside you emerge toward
the person whom you don’t like most.
Normally,
you cannot recognize the negative energies you have, as they are hidden deep
inside you.
When
you see a person emanating the same negative energy that you have, your
negative energy begins to resonate with his negative energy.
It
is so-called ‘Dong-Ki-Gam-Eung’ (同氣感應; the same types of energy
resonate and attract with each other).
The
negative energy inside you is projected onto the person, and then it is
rebounded from him, revealed as your negativity.
If
you feel uncomfortable with someone, then the negativity inside you resonates
with the person’s negative energy, in which case you should know that the problem is
from you not from him.
This
is the origin of negativity.
It
is the essence for you to realize that the negative energies emitted from
others are not their problems but your problem.
If
you do not have any negative energies inside you, then your ego will not react
at all to people even if you don’t like them.
The
negativity you have is purely due to your problems as your unpurified energies
remain in you, interfering with the expansion of your consciousness.
The
best self-teaching is not reacting to negative energies through “stopping thoughts” by realizing that the thoughts or judgment that you come up with
every single moment are your negative energies.
When
you come up with negative thoughts or become judgmental about people or
situations you don’t like, please practice ''stopping thoughts''; in this process, you
are supposed to recognize such thoughts or feelings as just energies and
technically take them out from your mind (or abandon them).
If
you can do so, you can laugh, even if you encounter situations or people you
don’t like.
You
can’t reach the
consciousness to get the thought “everything due to me”.
Your
thought that everything is ascribed to yourself cannot be obtained through your
patience and endurance, nor your mercy and love.
Since
all your thoughts and feelings result from the actions and reactions of
energies inside you, everything is ascribed to you, which is what you should
realize and recognize.
Self-Teaching
is the way to be “an Energy Alchemist”.
Your
feelings and emotions inside you are the flows and responses of energies.
Your
mind and my mind result from the actions and reactions of energies.
Self-Teaching
is the technique to deal with various energies generating your mind, as well as
diverse energies creating your emotions.
Self-Teaching
is the skill to handle energies of thoughts and consciousness.
Stopping
thoughts is the technique to cope with the negative energies which constantly
pop up from you without being purified inside you.
