Operating mechanism of the meridian system 9: Formation of Jong-Ki
Through digestion process, food is absorbed and converted into energy type which
is required for our body. The nutrition absorbed in the small intestine is sent
to the liver. And then the liver delivers the nutrition to the heart by the
principle of “Gan-Jang- Hyul (肝臟血; bloods refreshing in liver)1)” and
“So-Seol (疏泄) process2)”.
Note 1) “Gan-Jang- Hyul (肝臟血)”: Liver holds and filters bloods. Liver absorbs
all the bloods in our body and then it stores them in the cells of liver.
Through this process, liver cleans and purifies bloods.
Note 2) “So-Seol (疏泄) process”: various stretching mechanism in body
governed by liver. The mechanism embedded in liver, which makes it possible
that we stretch our muscles, bloods spring from heart, various body fluids
ramble from internal organs.
The nutrition included in blood is supplied to the cells and tissues by the
blood circulation, which is the normal scientific knowledge well known in the
field of western medicine and biochemistry. The western medicine has been developed
by the two core fields centered on blood circulation and cytopathology.
There are two types of circulation starting with the heart beating: One is
the blood circulation, which is visible. The other is the meridian circulation,
which is invisible. The meridian circulation is mainly composed of “Wi-Ki (衛氣; Guardian energy which
circulates in the outer area of body to protect skin) circulation” and “Yung-Ki
(營氣; The operating energy) circulation”, which are directed by spleen. And
this function of spleen is called “the Woon-Hwa (運化) process3)”
in the Korean medicine.
Note 3) “Woon-Hwa (運化) process of spleen”: Spleen divides the energy (Ki),
which is created from digestion of foods, into two types. One is the “Wi-Ki”,
which is comparatively rough and big particle, flows on the outer circulation
route in body (near skin side). The other is “Yung-Ki”, which is comparatively
fine and small particle, flows on the inner circulation route in body along the
meridian routes of the five viscera and six internal organs.
The digestion process starts first via smell, in which the imperceptible
particles are absorbed to the meridian routes passing through the membrane of
cells and tissues. The fine energies absorbed by nose during cooking are soaked
to the innermost side of meridian route, and circulate along the passage route
of Ki.
While foods passing through mouth or throat, the fine particles are also
absorbed to the meridian route. The fine energies absorbed in stomach and small
intestine are gathered in Dan-Jung (CV17; 膻中) by the spleen’s Woon-Hwa
function.
The Woon-Hwa function of spleen even arises for a patient whose spleen is
fully cut off. This Woon-Hwa function is not conducted by the real organ (spleen)
but by the elaborate (invisible) mechanical devices supporting the function of
spleen in LCD.
The Woon-Hwa function of spleen is actually controlled by the elaborate
mechanical device, which is invisible. In near future, the ones who could see
the existence and function of LCD in the invisible world, will appear.
Spleen collects all invisible particles finer than fogs and divides them into
the “Wi-Ki (衛氣)” and “Yung-Ki (營氣)”. It filters the rough and thick energies into
the Wi-Ki and connects them to the circuits which are linked to lung in the LCD.
The circulation of Wi-Ki is jointly performed by the magnetic field
generated by heart, Woon-Hwa function of spleen, working of Jong-Ki (宗氣; Ki accumulated in
Dan-Jung) and lung. The “Wi-Ki” circulates 50 times a day through all the skin
spots of our body to protect skin and reinforces the immunity system.
The energy gathered in Dan-Jung (CV17) by the spleen’s Woon-Hwa function is
combined with oxygens passing through the elaborate membrane of lung to produce
the fine energy “Jong-Ki (宗氣)”. Dang-Jung (CV17), the mother acupoint of
Simpo-meridian, is the point where the following five energies meet together:
n 1. “Wi-Ki” absorbed in
spleen
n 2. “Yung-Ki” absorbed
in spleen
n 3. oxygens which are
filtered through lung
n 4. the energy of Shin (神) or Chun-Ki (天氣; Heavenly energy) created
from the Heating process of Simpo
n 5. Jung (精) or Ji-Ki (地氣; earth’s energy) created
from the Heating process of Simpo
“Wi-Ki” runs through the meridian route with double layered structure: The
outer side of the meridian route is the passage way of magnetic field. In the
inner side, the rough particles of energy absorbed by spleen gather and Wi-Ki
circulates, which are driven by the impetus of lung.
“Yung-Ki” is the fine particle absorbed in spleen, which is conventionally called
“Ki”, and it flows through the innermost side of meridian route. The “Ki” gathered
in Dan-Jung by the spleen’s Woon-Hwa function are divided into 12 sorts of
energy by the elaborate mechanical device in Dan-Jung, and then sent to the 12
meridian routes.
The true meaning of spleen’s Woon-Hwa function is to separate the Ki-energy
into the 12 energy waves, and then to distribute them to the passage route of Ki
in the meridian system.
The oxygen gathered in Dan-Jung flows to the mesh network in the route of Wi-Ki
by the elaborate mechanical device of spleen. The route of Wi-Ki has the double
membrane structure, in which the rough particles are combined with oxygen to
create the circulation of Wi-Ki with the assistance of magnetic fields generated
by heart.
To sum up, the magnetic field created from heart flows the outer side of
Wi-Ki route. The oxygen gathered in Dan-Jung and the rough particles produced
in the process of spleen’s Woon-Hwa function flow the inner side of Wi-Ki route
shaped like mesh-network. This is the circulation of Wi-Ki.
The energies of Jung (精) and Shin (神) produced through the heating process of Simpo are directly connected to
Dan-Jung just like direct hot-line, which is set as such in the LCD. The Jung-energy
gathered in Dan-Jung is automatically classified by the elaborate device in Dan-Jung
into the 12 different energies of waves, and enters into the second route of Wi-Ki.
The energy of Shin (神) is classified in the same way as the Jung-energy, and enters into the third
route of Wi-Ki.
n Ki gathered in Dan-Jung
* the Woon-Hwa function in spleen * the first route of Wi-Ki
n Jung gathered in Dan-Jung
* the Heating process in Simpo * the second route of Wi-Ki
n Shin gathered in Dan-Jung
* the Heating process in Simpo * the third route of Wi-Ki
The energies of Jung, Ki and Shin gathered in Dan-Jung flows into the 12 meridian
routes, which makes the circulation of Yung-Ki.
Jong-Ki is the basis of circulation of the 5 different energies, which come
together and are classified again to finally make the circulation of Wi-Ki and Yung-Ki.
The forming of Jong-Ki is the result of elaborate cooperation between spleen, heart
and lung, which is called the “Spleen-Heart-Lung cycle”.
