The Principle that the Cosmic Information and Consciousness is manifested - Part 2

Living with only the MHCIS doesn't cause much inconvenience in daily living. But the efficiency and capability of the MHSIS does influence you and makes you far better in the following aspects:

Ø  Thinking smart and distinctively
Ø  Behaving bravely and leading at the top front
Ø  Having a clear head
Ø  Abundant and distinctive interpretation
Ø  Multi-dimensional hierarchies of consciousness and intelligience 


Human brain only reads and recognizes the information which was interpreted and created by the MHCIS and MHSIS.

By the MHSIS, human can interpret the information from high dimensions and manifest creative capabilities. The MHSIS determines the level of free-will and hierarchies of intellectual capabilities.

Every spirit-soul has the role of information carrier, who usually brings cosmic information as a folder in the MHCIS. The cosmic information carried as a folder is manifested in the boundary of one’s cosmic rank.

The Heaven usually utilizes the folder-type delivery method to deliver the cosmic information beyond information carrier’s cosmic rank and its corresponding dimension. The genuine works by scientists, artists and other technical experts are achieved in such a way that the information downloaded as the folder-type is revealed as feeling, intuition, and inspiration. It works in the MHCIS just as the automatic door is open.  

The young spirit-soul is born embedded with more efficient MHSIS. If we set the maximal score of the MHSIS operational efficiency 100, the average scores for various spirit-souls from different dimensions are as follows:

Ø  The silver-colored spirit-soul from 8th dimension: 70
Ø  The pink-colored spirit-soul from 10th dimension: 60
Ø  The yellow-colored spirit-soul from 10th dimension: 50
Ø  The Light-Worker from 12th dimension: 40
Ø  The Light-Worker from 14th dimension: 30


 Human is born in an unequal state to protect and care the relatively young spirit-souls. This is the law of universe.

The Light-Workers from the world of Tae-Geuk (太極; the universe of 13~15th dimension) have ten times bigger spirit-soul than white or silver-colored spirit-soul. As their spirit-souls are so big, they could bring a lot of higher level information to a planet.

Unless a spirit-soul from high dimension has the role of game changer or civilization changer, the spirit-soul’s overall capability is extremely restricted than a young spirit-soul.

The material world like the Earth is the playground for young spirit-souls. The young spirit-souls are born with much consideration, while the old spirit-souls are born with much limitation. This is to back up the young spirit-soul’s competitive power for material experience.

For the young spirit-souls to achieve highly successful career paths, their MHCIS and MHSIS should be set to the high levels at birth. This is the reason why human is inequitable at birth.

The Light-Workers should be at the lowest place on the ground, as they are high beings in the universe. The Light-Workers are born with the ability of implementing consciousness being sealed.

Even though the spirit-soul’s light of Light-Workers is strong, they are born with so many seals on spiritual capabilities. Hence they get to live so plainly in this world. Since their MHSIS are strictly sealed, their lives are unappreciated. They have difficulties in manifesting creative lives.

The 144,000 Light-Workers have come here with each one’s unique puzzle and dimensional information, which is appropriate for each one’s cosmic rank. The information in the high dimension is carried as a folder in the MHCIS.

They also have high quality of MHSIS imbedded. But until the right timing comes, they have to get along as ordinary people. Their genuine capabilities will arise in the PEFA (Protective Energy-Field Area) after the pole-shift.

The Light-Worker’s MHCIS and MHSIS will be activated with the degree of 70 percent, which will wake up the various spiritual capabilities. Hence they will be the key player in building and leading new spiritual civilizations.

On the New Ground under the New Heaven, the MHCIS and MHSIS will be set optimally for the new human race.


As such shall it be. As such is it planned to be. As such was it done.
