Wiji-Large Meridian ( 胃之大絡 ) and Biji-Large Meridian ( 脾之大絡 )   In the human body, the Wiji-Large Meridian (WLM; 胃之大絡 ) starting from the stomach and the Biji-Large Meridian (BLM; 脾之大絡 ) starting from the spleen are the meridian routes crossing over at the Hwe-Eum ( 會陰 ; the Perineum, CV1).
