The Spirit contains the Consciousness of the CREATOR in its Thought Adjuster. The Consciousness of the CREATOR embodied by the spirit is called the Divinity of the CREATOR.

 

The pure spirit-consciousness embodied by the spirit right after its birth is called its conscience. The conscience expressed by the spirit for the first time after its birth is called the Monad of Spirit-Consciousness of the spirit.

 

Human nature refers to the combination of spirit-consciousness and soul-consciousness, manifested through the human body. Human nature is the consciousness of the spirit-soul embodied through the activity of the human mind. Human nature is both the mind of the Heaven and the human mind, embodied through the mind-generating device in the human body.

 

Chun-Seong (天性; Genuine Nature granted from the Heaven) is the consciousness born by the CREATOR’s Action of Creation at the birth of a creature. The Chun-Seong (天性) of a human being, which can be called “Heaven-given human nature”, is the spirit-consciousness that is embodied through the activity of the human mind. Heaven-given human nature is the conscience that is embodied through the human mind generator.

 

“Heaven-given Human Rights” signify that all human beings are children of the CREATOR, who are born by the CREATOR’s Action of Creation.

 

“Heaven-given Human Rights” imply that all humans are divine beings born with the Divinity of the CREATOR.

 

“Heaven-given Human Rights” refer to sacred human rights granted to human beings who can embody the highest-level consciousness among all living creatures born through the process of Sam-Byun-Jung-Ki (三變正氣; Everything in the world is established through three major changes in its structure) in which the Consciousness of the CREATOR changes at three stages for its manifestation in the material world.

 

The CREATOR’s Action of Creation gives birth to Chun-Seong (天性) unique to each person so that the person can live his present life. Also, the CREATOR’s Action of Creation allows every person to have his own human nature, by which the person can live his present life.

 

By the CREATOR’s Action of Creation, Chun-Seong (天性) and human nature are created based on the life program of each person to allow him to live his present life.

 

By the CREATOR’s Action of Creation, human abilities and talents are created according to the life program of each person designed for him to live his present life.

 

The Korean people are destined to open up a new spiritual civilization in the Age of Hu-Chun (後天; the age when the Heaven is visible). The Heaven has given symbolic codes to the Korean people to allow them to remember their Spirit and Role.

 

There are symbolic codes that the Heaven has given to the Korean people to help them maintain the pride in the Korean people who will become the center of the world in the Era of Hu-Chun (後天). One of them is “the Charter of National Education” that the Heaven gave the Korean people through South Korean President Park Chung-hee, whose cosmic identity is an Administrator of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet Earth, involved in operating the planet Earth.

 

For the sake of the Korean People who will open up a spiritual civilization in the future, “the Charter of National Education” is the symbolic code that the Heaven gave to the Korean people so that they can keep their Spirit and Role in the End Times.

 

Although almost forgotten among Koreans now, the Charter of National Education will serve as the spiritual foundation for constructing the future spiritual civilization that will begin on the Korean Peninsula.

 

The Charter of National Education contains the values of the present as well as of the future. Besides, the Charter of National Education harbors the sentiment of the Korean people and the spiritual values that these Descendants of the Heaven should keep.

Below is the full text of the Charter of National Education. The Charter of National Education contains the energy of the Heaven that awakens the consciousness of the Korean people, who are the Descendants of the Heaven.

 

We have been born into this land, charged with the historical mission of regenerating our nation. It is about time for us to establish a self-reliant posture domestically, and contribute to the common prosperity of humanity globally, by revitalizing the illustrious spirit of our forefathers. We do hereby state proper courses to follow and set them up as the aims of our education as follows:

 

With faithful minds and sturdy bodies, we will learn and master academics and techniques, and develop our natural talents. Also, we will cultivate the power of creativity and frontier spirit, making our situations a stepping-stone for the rapid development of our country.

 

We will place a high priority on the public interest and order and put values on efficiency and substantial quality. In addition, we will encourage the spirit of cheerful and warm cooperation by handing down a tradition of mutual assistance rooted in love, respect, and faithfulness.

 

Realizing that our country can develop based on our creativity and cooperation and that the prosperity of the country is the foundation for the growth of each individual, we will fulfill our responsibilities and obligations that accompany our freedom and rights, and encourage the spirit of the people that is willing to participate in the development of the country and serve the country by themselves.

 

The love for the country and fellow countrymen, as well as the firm belief in democracy opposing to communism, will be the way for our survival and the basis for realizing the ideals of free countries. Looking forward to the future in which we shall have a glorious unified fatherland that can be handed down to our future generations for eternity, we, as an industrious people who have self-confidence and pride, pledge ourselves to make new history with inexhaustible endeavors and collective wisdom of our nation.
