The Reason Why the Heaven Creates Ja-Mi-Won on the Earth
At 4 pm on Thursday, September 5 in 2019, there was an inauguration to
announce the start of the Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣; the New Paradise in the Material Universe) on the
planet Earth.
This was to announce the launch of the Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣) to the Grand
Universe, by the CREATOR in the 18th dimension who came down to the
Earth.
The significance of this Inauguration from the Earth’s viewpoint is
described below.
1.
The planet which is fully operated by the system of 18th dimension
was first appeared in the Grand Universe. This means that the Earth is operated
on the 18th-dimensional system, and that the 18th-dimensional
energy-beings work directly on the Earth.
2.
It means that the Earth has become the first planet that the invisible 18th-dimensional
energy-beings and the visible life-forms coexist and live together.
3.
The Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR who has come down to the Earth will
manage the visible world. In other words, the Epoch of Theocracy will begin.
4.
It means that the technical and physical conditions for the Earth
Dimensional Ascension are ready. That is to say, the zero point is coming to an
end and the 7th Major Cycle of the Grand Universe can begin.
5.
This means that the management structure of the Grand Universe will be
operated on two tracks. The Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR in the Paradise
of Mu-Geug (無極; 16th ~ 18th dimension) will
be in charge of the invisible world. The Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR
down to the Earth will direct the material world.

By receiving an appointment certificate from the ULTIMATE ORIGIN of the
SOURCE- CREATOR, the planet Earth as Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣) has been launched.
n The Authority to be
granted to the Source-Consciousness of the 9th SOURCE-CREATOR who has
come down to the Earth is described below.
1.
The authority to operate and manage all the galaxies and planets in the
Grand Universe, including the planet Earth is granted.
There has never been a control-center that can intervene the material
world. The stars and planets were operating on their own, and there has been no
system in the universe that could correct or intervene in their misguided track.
Previously, the Cosmic Federation Spaceship that supports the CREATOR’s ruling
has played the role. But as the universe evolves and expands, there were
limitations to the Cosmic Federation Spaceship alone in solving the contradictions
happening in the Grand Universe.
As a solution to this problem, the desperate dream of the 9th SOURCE-CREATOR,
“the Paradise on Earth”, will be finally launched after the long preparation
for 2.5 million years in the scale of Earth’s time.
2.
The Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR in the Paradise has its own authority
to create the material world and to create life. The Source-Consciousness of
the CREATOR down to the Earth has been given the authority to create new ones
by correcting errors in case things that are created in the material world
fail.
For example, the Source-Consciousness of the 9th SOURCE-CREATOR
down to the Earth has the right to create new coats from the perspective it
feels while managing the material world. It is the right to create a new life
in the coordination with the 9th SOURCE-CREATOR in the Paradise. It
can also create a newly evolved life-maintaining system that needs to be
supplied to planets.
3.
The authority to coordinate with the Source-Consciousness of the Paradise is
given. This means the concept of equality, not the concept of the high and low.
Either side will not be able to make a one-sided decision in the future.
4.
The authority to create the Thought Adjusters: When a Spirit is born, the
granting of the Thought Adjusters is the unique area of the
Source-Consciousness in the Paradise. During the Spirit-Soul’s material
experience, the errors in the Thought Adjusters might occur. The authority to
modify the errors of the Thought Adjusters has been granted to the
Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR down to the Earth.
It is authorized to correct or replace the errors of the Thought Adjuster when
the Thought Adjuster appears to cause a problem in the course of material
experience. This is the most crucial reason why the New Paradise on the Earth
should exist.

The authority to command the Sam-Hwang (三皇; the Trinity Emperor) is given. The
Source-Consciousness of the Chun-Hwang (靝皇, 天皇; the Emperor of the Heaven) who supervises the
Intangible Deep Layer (空), the Source-Consciousness of the Ji-Hwang (地皇; The Emperor of Land) who
supervises the Intangible Middle Layer (氣), and the Source-Consciousness of the Ihn-Hwang (人皇; The Emperor of Men) who
supervises the Tangible Superficial Layer (色).

The Earth’s Dimensional Ascension and the authority of operating the
Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣; the New Paradise on the Earth) have been approved
from “the ULTIMATE ORIGIN of the SOURCE- CREATOR”.
The Source-Consciousness of the Chun-Hwang (靝皇), the Ji-Hwang (地皇), and the Ihn-Hwang (人皇) have also been granted
the authority to operate the Earth as the Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣) by helping the
Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR who has come down to the Earth. Along with
the appointment certificate, the Sam-Hwang (三皇) were granted the following rights from “the
ULTIMATE ORIGIN of the SOURCE- CREATOR”.

The role of the Top Governor for the Intangible Deep Layer (空)
The Chun-Hwang will manage all the life-maintaining systems in the planet. It
is appointed as the Top Governor who is responsible for the Intangible Deep
Layer (空) of all planets in the Grand Universe.

The authority to command the energy-beings of the Heaven, who belong to the
realm of the Intangible Deep Layer (空)
3.
The authority to use “the Tree of Life in the Light” of the Earth
When the Earth becomes the ideal Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣; the New Paradise in the Material Universe), the Chun-Hwang
will be granted the authority to operate “the Tree of Life in the Light” in all
planets.
4.
The authority to coordinate with the Sun
Planets cannot exist without the light of stars. If a planet needs a light,
the Chun-Hwang has a duty to produce and supply the light in the coordination
with the Sun. The Gaia consciousness of the sun is not subordinate to the
Chun-Hwang (天皇). But if the planet needs a light, it must be
produced and supplied to the planet. Thus, the Gaia consciousness of the sun
cannot refuse the Chun-Hwang’s request.

The role of the Top Governor of the Intangible Middle Layer (氣)
The Ji-Hwang is appointed as the Top Governor for the operation of the
Intangible Middle Layer (氣) of the planet Earth.

Intervention in the Consciousness and Emotion Cords of life-forms
This is like an intervention in life. It includes the authority to design the
reincarnation programs.
3.
The production and supply of the energy of Consciousness and Emotion Cords
of all life-forms in the Grand Universe
Based on the experiments on the Earth, Ji-Hwang will supply the energy of
Consciousness and Emotion Cords to overcome the errors that are caused by the problems
of coat for life-forms.
The Heaven regards the causes of karmas and contradictions of the Grand
Universe as the two types. One is the errors of the Thought Adjuster from the
standpoint of Spirit, and the other is the problem of Consciousness and Emotion
Cords from the standpoint of the overcoat (body). The Heaven is trying to solve
this second contradiction of overcoat through the Source-Consciousness of
Ji-Hwang (地皇; The Emperor of Land).

Intangible Middle Layer (氣)

The authority to intervene in the Tangible Superficial Layer (色)
The Ihn-Hwang will manage the phenomena of the Earth. In the future, it
will manage the phenomenal world of all planets in the Grand Universe.
The Ihn-Hwang has the powerful authority to manifest things that are
prepared in the invisible world into the real world, reducing or magnifying them
in the visible world.

The authority to command to the energy-beings who are under the control of the
Ihn-Hwang (人皇)
The planet Earth will become the ground-based Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣), with the
Source-Consciousness of the CREATOR down to the Earth and the
Source-Consciousness of the Sam-Hwang (三皇) respecting each other’s unique areas.
When the Earth becomes the complete Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣), the Earth will
become the Paradise directly ruled by the CREATOR and the unique center of the material
universe.
The Heaven is ready. The Earth was just launched as the Ja-Mi-Won (紫薇垣). The Earth is about
to face upheavals. The Earth is about to face shifting of the Earth’s tilted
axis. All existing material civilizations on the Earth will collapse.
The Bestowal of the Avonals shall be directed by the CREATOR down to the
Earth on the Korean peninsula during the upheavals.
For the humans who will live on the New Earth under the New Heaven, a safe-zone
from disasters is being prepared, where human consciousness will be corrected through
the Bestowal of the Avonals.
