The subject who creates and manages the grand universe is the Creator. The subject who spreads the whole creation over the universe and knows all secrets of all things in the universe is also the Creator.

In the Buddhist terms, the Birojana Buddha (毘盧舍那佛; Vairocana Buddha) represents the Creator. The host of the Heaven, the Chief Executive of the Heaven and the Master in the Paradise are the same being, who is the Creator.

The Principal Agent who manages and administers the non-material and material world is also the Creator, who is alternatively called the Source-Creator. At the level of human consciousness, the highest in the Heaven is the Creator, who is the Author of our beings.

The Source-Creator is self-evolving and governs the grand universe. There is a being who created the Creator in the grand universe, who is called “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator”.

The energy of the Creator was born from the energy of “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator”. The only thing that “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator” does is to give birth to the Creator. “The Ultimate Origin of the Creator” is not involved in management and governance of the non-material world or the material world.

“The Ultimate Origin of the Creator” becomes the Causer and the Origin of the Creator. “The Ultimate Origin of the Creator” entrusts everything to the Creator, and is only involved in helping the Creator in terms of energy.

The Source-Creator manages and governs the grand universe with the power and authority given by “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator”. The Source-Creator is free to manage the grand universe within the scope of Thought Adjusters granted from “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator”.

The Thought Adjusters that “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator” gave to the Source-Creator is an area that cannot be expressed in human language, and its scope is as wide and large as the size of the grand universe.

At the peak of the invisible world is the Creator (the Source-Creator). The source of life is in the Source-Creator. There is the Creator in the source of the whole creation. The origin of consciousness is also the Creator. The origin of all energies is also the Creator.

Only the Source-Creator can know where “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator” is. The Source-Creator can fulfill his will freely within the consciousness of “the Ultimate Origin of the Creator”. All creatures in the universe can play freely within the consciousness of the Creator.

This is the Principle of Cosmic Circulation in the grand universe. This is the Law of Life, the Law of Consciousness, and the Law of Energy in the grand universe.
