The Final Unravelment of the 7th Dimension

The 7^th dimension is the closest dimension to the Heaven that mankind has imagined. This is because the 7^th dimension is called “the Government of Heaven” or “the Heavenly Government”, while the 5^th dimension is called “the astral plane” or “the Spiritual Hierarchy of Earth”. On the other hand, the 9^th dimension is called the High Council of the Heavenly Government, whereas the 11^th dimension is called the Council of Karma and Reincarnation.

The reason the 7^th dimension is called the Heavenly Government is that the 7^th dimensional energy beings and administrator groups are organized just like governmental organizations of individual nations on Earth. It's a dimension for superintending practical tasks that can affect the 4^th dimensional material world. Like the first department that you encounter when visiting a governmental office, the 7^th dimension is a substantial administrative organization performing practical tasks and is responsible for the evolution of planets.

The 7^th dimensional energy beings are largely categorized into three groups, depending on their functions and roles.

n  The first-class energy beings

l  It is a group that organizes and plans road maps or stories for the planetary evolution.

l  They are regarded as the group of administrative bureaucrats.

n  The second-class energy beings

l  They conduct road maps or contents planned by the above-mentioned group of administrative bureaucrats.

n  The third-class energy beings

l  They infiltrate human bodies, controlling the cords of emotions and/or consciousness, causing schizophrenia, or developing depression or bipolar disorder.

l  They may block the system of meridian circulation, causing pain or diseases.

The roles of the 7^th dimensional Heavenly government are as follows:

     

n  It manages and controls the Meta-Humanoid Consciousness Implementation System.

n  The chief administrators related with the Heaven are as follows.

l  Yeom-Ra-Dae-Wang(閻羅大王; Yama, the king of death) belongs to the 15^th level of the 5^th dimension and is the chief administrator of the astral plane of Earth.

l  Og-Hwang-Sang-Je(玉皇上帝; the Great Jade Emperor) is the chief administrator in the 15^th level of the 7^th dimension.

n  The first higher-self resides in the 5^th dimension.

l  It is supervised by the 5^th dimensional administrator groups.

n  The second higher-self belongs to the 7^th dimension.

l  It is superintended and controlled by the 7^th dimensional administrators, whose unique missions are determined by the characteristics of the thought adjustor granted to each of them by the Creator.

l  The second higher-self is supervised by the second-class energy beings (administrative bureaucrats).

n  The administrative specialist groups perform tasks directed from their higher-dimension.

l  They have roles to direct the works to their lower-dimension. These groups belong to the 7^th dimensional Heavenly government that has the authority to directly plan and enforce the tasks that the 7^th dimensional energy-beings can carry out.

n  The third class energy beings play a role in influencing emotion and/or consciousness cords of mankind.

l  They may enter human bodies for their roles.

l  Their tasks reflect both the contents of their thought adjusters and types of matrix (light, intermediate, or darkness) assigned to each of them.

The higher the dimensions of the energy-beings are, the greater influential powers they could exert.

When these energy-beings infiltrate human bodies, they should follow the strict law of the universe as follows:

①     The balance between light and darkness should be conserved.

                     i.              The number and influential powers of various energy-beings should be carefully considered to keep the balance between light and darkness.

②     The case when the imbalance between light and darkness is allowed.

                     i.              In this case, it is essential that the Original Spirit of the avatar should consent that the energy balance between light and darkness needs to be broken.

                  ii.              Usually, it is to maximize the spirit-soul's material experience.

               iii.              Additional input of energy beings, change or termination of works conducted by energy beings must be approved by the administrator groups in the Government of Heaven.

③     At least one angel acting as the light must be placed in human body.

④     The case when the infiltration of energy-beings is too excessive.

                     i.              It is strictly restricted to the purpose of specially-aimed programs or of the resolution of karma of the spirit-soul.

                  ii.              Such cases include schizophrenia caused by intelligent energy-beings who try to make conversations in human mind;

               iii.              Depression and bipolar disorder;

                 iv.              Severe pain;

                    v.              Diseases that are difficult or impossible to cure;

⑤     The energy-beings who are put into human body are strictly prohibited from performing tasks except those assigned to them.

                     i.              If they need to change their work or perform additional tasks besides their original assignment, it will be done after approval under strict assessment and control by the Heavenly administrator groups.
