The 13^th dimension is the dimension responsible for planetary evolution, planning various programs for the evolution of planets and taking practical tasks therein. The 15^th dimension is in charge of the evolution of the stars such as the Sun.

Each planet differs in the types of creatures that live on itself. There are different material matrices installed in each star system. Material matrices installed on each planet are all different in the degree of difficulty. There are different programs run for each star system. Each planet has different contents of scenarios prepared for civilization.

The dimension administrators of the universe are responsible for designing programs that determine the level of culture or civilization on each planet. Planning, approving, and executing whatever happens on planets are the tasks performed in the odd-numbered dimensions, to which the administrator groups of the universe belong. It is the universal law of the universe that programs designed and approved by the administration system of the universe are executed in planets of the star system.

The dimensions of the universe are composed of 15 levels in the worlds of Sam-Tae-Geug (三太極)and Tae-Geug (太極). There are specialized roles for each level. Each dimension of the universe is mainly made up of five departments.

1.     The department that plans the details of the programs to be applied to planets

2.    The department that reviews and approves the programs to be applied to planets.

3.    The department that directly executes the programs to be applied to planets.

4.    The department responsible for the unique tasks corresponding to each dimension

5.    The department that supervises energy-beings who dwell in each dimension

l  Energy-beings include ghosts, angelic groups, dragons, fairies, and higher-selves, etc.

The way in which various dimensions of the universe are involved in planets is as follows.

1.     Big pictures are planned at higher dimensions, while small pictures and details are planned at lower dimensions.

2.     The things that happen on planets are planned and proceeded in a big flow as introduction → development → Transition → Conclusion

3.     The bigger pictures are planned and designed at higher dimensions and detailed plans are designed and approved at lower dimensions. Examples of programs accepted as big pictures include the founding and collapse of nations, the birth and maintenance of the religion matrices, and the confrontations and conflicts between religions, and the religious wars.

4.     The programs planned and designed at higher dimensions are very big historical events on planets, which cause many people’s death. The programs planned and laid out at lower dimensions are small pictures included in big pictures. This is how the Heaven makes things progress most effectively.

5.     Specific issues of ethnic groups or programs for individual spirit-souls can be planned, approved and executed at lower dimensions.
