Every life is granted CIS (Consciousness Implementation System) in birth and manifesting consciousness at each level of evolution. MCIS (Meta-Consciousness Implementation System) is connected to the Monano system, which is controlled by the Pandronix system. In this way, every CIS and life on a planet is in a perfect control within a huge network.

Mysterious and supernatural experiences, talking with plants and animals, seeing through or communicating with invisible worlds, all of which mean that we are temporarily given the opportunity to connect with the Pandronix and Monano system, which are parts of the Government of Heaven. Although it looks like that we are talking with plants or animals directly, in fact it is not. Connected with the administrative system in the Government of Heaven, we are able to recognize the images or voices from Heaven through our MCIS.

Before we have contacts with the invisible world, first we have to fine-tune our emotions and consciousness into the state of Meta-Consciousness. Meta-Consciousness is the state in which our soul-consciousness does not work. In other words, it means that our ego is gone away.

Hence we could grasp the subtle feelings beyond various mixed feelings. In this Meta-Consciousness, all the data and information are well arranged in our uncounsciousness, sub-consciousness and present consciousness. So we must check our state of mind before we try to have channeling with or see through the invisible worlds.  

The best way of attaining high degree of true messages is not pray or spiritual practice. Rather, the information stored in the arena of unconsciousness and sub-consciousness should be combined and integrated as the single criteria or norms. For this function to work well, the passage of lights should be built and thus the effective communication between information should be possible. This task of attaining Meta-Consciousness is dependent upon one’s higher-self, not one’s strong will.

Higher-self is the causer who let us exist here, the divinity and the nature of Buddha inside us. Dragons are in charge of other technical details to help us. Dragons purify the energies of emotions and ego. They take the role of bridge to connect us to the spirit-consciousness. In order to keep the state of Meta-Consciousness, we have to calm down our minds and ask our higher-selves for help. Also we should ask our dragons to open up the passage of lights toward the inner-mind. These helps from invisible worlds make us obtain the state of Meta-Consciousness.

Channellers should contact the invisible worlds in the state of Meta-Consciousness. Please don’t forget that there is no free lunch in the universe. If Heaven allows you to get into the invisible worlds, then you should pay for it.
