The ruler who runs the Grand Universe is the Creator (or Source-Creator). The Creator exists as a conscious energy-being. The Creator is the being with the highest level of consciousness. The number of energy spectrums (Ki), which are created from food or medicinal herbs after the Un-Hwa ( 運化 ) function of the spleen, is normally three to nine.
