The ruler who runs the Grand Universe is the Creator (or Source-Creator). The Creator exists as a conscious energy-being. The Creator is the being with the highest level of consciousness. The Creator runs the Grand Universe with his own Consciousness. The Light has emerged from the Creator's Consciousness. The particle of Light is finer and smaller than that of Ki. The finer the particle is, the better it can be absorbed in human body. And the better it flows through the meridian routes. The number of energy spectrums (Ki), which are created from food or medicinal herbs after the Un-Hwa ( 運化 ) function of the spleen, is normally three to nine.
