  The utilization rate of the Chakra is based on Heart Chakra. When the Chakra opening is initiated by the light of the Heaven, the eight Chakras on the Conception Vessel (CV; 任脈 , Im-Maek, Sea of Eum) are opened through the emanating power of Hwe-Eum Chakra ( 會陰 Chakra; Root Chakra).
